# Server on TV but not Android

My Plex server is available on my PC and my Samsung TV, but not on my Google Pixel 7 (Android). It _was_ available until about a week ago. I even signed up for a lifetime Plex Pass in the hopes that things would resolve. No joy.

So far, I have uninstalled Plex from both the computer and the phone and re-created my movie library. I have turned off ExpressVPN on both the PC and the phone and the results are the same–server is offline.

I don’t understand why this just happened and hope someone can point me in the right direction.

ETA: This isn’t really about remote access–I can’t access the Plex server on the Android phone when it is on the same network as the Plex server on the PC.

Thanks for _all_ the replies. For whatever reason, my Android phone can now see the Plex server, even though I didn’t do anything and didn’t get any kind of update.

Odd.
