Since many of us have friends and family that we allow to access our PLEX servers the server message feature which is apparently a several years long topic that will apparently NEVER be addressed (view based solely on the continuous requests for this feature and replies by others to give it up!!! LOL) I would like to SPECIALIZE this request for the same type of feature. It would be a GREAT feature to be able to SHOW recommendations of what to watch, listen to, view, etc… to viewers. When someone connects to the server an OPTION to view SERVER RECOMMENDATIONS would be available. Either on the main screen AND / OR on the screens for each type of service (Movies, TV, Music, etc…) On the server side, the owner could create a file (via data entry in the server console) that would show a list of or LINK TO recommended files that they think their users would enjoy. - Greg ---

Sorry, that too has been requested many times before. > **[Recommend server content (not just queued)](https://forums.plex.tv/discussion/134288/recommend-server-content-not-just-queued/p1#top)** > > I would like to reccomend my content on my server to friends. Not just videos I have put in my queue. Also share to facebook or other social networks what I’m watching. Anyone else want this feature(s) closing Please respect the rules for this subforum - **Search** first if the request has already been posted before. The goal is to collect the votes for a particular feature in one thread - not to scatter them around. - Please only [one feature per post](https://forums.plex.tv/discussion/46128/rules-for-this-forum-inc-how-to-vote#top "one feature per post") ---
