Server Version#: 1.43.2.1068

Since yesterday, I can’t see all the folders I have.

Let me explain. Yesterday, I created a folder and put four videos in it.

On my Apple TV, I use Infuse Pro to watch my videos (I have the same problem with Plex).

However, I can’t see the folder I added. I can’t see it in Plex either.

The first image shows the folder on my Mac, and the second image shows what I see in Plex (I can’t see my folder).
Do you have any idea what the problem might be?

Thank you for your help.

Since Mac are a little bit unix-y, my first guess would be permissions or ownership. Also, maybe the Plex server didn’t get notification of the new files. I’ve never used a Mac, but if you go into a terminal, is there a “touch” command? On my linux system, I’d so something like “touch \*.mp4” to alter the file modification times. You could also do a [Plex Dance](https://forums.plex.tv/t/the-plex-dance/197064), but the touch command is a bit quicker.

A quick look reveals Naming could be the issue.

Example:

Zodiaque \> Zodiaque - S01E01.mp4

Ah, good catch, I completely overlooked that. That is exactly the problem. Duplicated in my testing library.
