# Server Randomly Becomes Unreachable (Unraid, Binhex-plex)

Server Version#: 4.108.0  
Player Version#: N/A Stops being accessible on phone or local network via browser

Server works most of the time but every few days and sometimes more often the server just stops being accessible, occasionally when I try to access it in this state it gives a 503 error but often it just tries connecting and never succeeds. Doesn’t seem to be a pattern to it, I’ll be listening to music or watching a video and it suddenly stops responding.

Permissions problem for transcode directory:  
`Oct 30, 2023 12:31:11.079 [22413203147408] ERROR - Error creating directory "/transcode": Permission denied`

  
Database corruption. This will lead to system instability.

Run [PlexDBRepair Utility](https://github.com/ChuckPa/PlexDBRepair).  
Use the AUTO option.  
The README has instructions for running in a docker container.

i ran the script from binhex-plex and that seems to have helped!  
I connected to the container console and ran this script /home/nobody/dbrepair.sh
