Server Version#: Player Version#: I have not been able to update my server since I moved a year ago. It downloads but will not install. Additionally, the location to back up my playlists “Plug-in Support/Databases” can’t be found searching my system. Thanks ---

Uninstall the old server using the regular Apps control panel of Windows. Do NOT use any kind of “uninstaller” or System Cleaner app! The default location of the [Plex data folder](https://support.plex.tv/articles/202915258-where-is-the-plex-media-server-data-directory-located/) is in hidden folder. If you copy its address `%LOCALAPPDATA%\Plex Media Server` directly into the address bar of Windows file explorer and press Enter, you will be taken there directly. ---

Thanks Otto. I found the location for the backup. Do I Download the bat file and then execute it? I’ve never “fixed” anything before. ---
