# Servers lost

got that error now and dont know why. I updated Plex app on m Comp, Plex app on my Server but nothing helps

Do you know what version you had updated to? Looking at your account the server that has not been seen for 7 days (that appears to be at a hosting provider) that should be updated. [Important Security Update for Plex Media Server v1.43.2 and earlier](https://forums.plex.tv/t/important-security-update-for-plex-media-server-v1-43-2-and-earlier/942319)

if you did update I would maybe try to [restore a database backup](https://support.plex.tv/articles/202485658-restore-a-database-backed-up-via-scheduled-tasks/) as it being corrupt may be the cause of the error.

If you have filesystem access may need to see the [server logs.](https://support.plex.tv/articles/200250417-plex-media-server-log-files/)

thanks now it works with the Manuell Update. But now i can´t see my Plexserver anymore and cant find out where to connect.

i found out with ChatGPT, my account was not connected. Think it was a bug or something. But now it works
