I have bought a Plex compatible tuner. It works fine (tested from its own software). When I follow the install guide from Plex, it recognises the tuner, step 3 on the guide, but fails to do step 4. Crashing back out to the main menu. Any ideas?

Can you add a few more details? Which tuner are you using and which version of Plex Media Server are you running?

So I’m on Plex media server 1.23.6.4810-15ce0e21a
I found another thread that says sometimes Plex web refuses to tune / work with epg, and to try Plex app for windows. But this merely checks for upgrade on media sever and yet again takes me back to square one / home page.
I think that for a feature that requires a paid for Plex pass, then a contact person instead of a forum might be useful.

I played around and switched from Edge to Chrome and got further. Took several attempts though, and clumsy through EPG which I’m not sure actually matches channels.
