# Setup being skipped

Hello. I just got a storage server from my hosting provider. I installed Plex Media Server and went to `http://serverIp:32400/web`. After I signed into my account, it is meant to show the setup window to set up the server but for me, it doesn’t, I just get taken to `http://serverIp:32400/web/index.html#!/` which i don’t understand.
I also have a plex media server on my windows PC but I don’t think that is causing issues as I’ve heard many people have been able to have multiple plex media servers.
Here are some of my storage VPS specs that are given from the `neofetch` command.

You cannot complete the setup from a remote connection on a hosted server. This can only be done “locally”. You can e.g. do that via a SSH tunnel (see the very final chapter of the PMS installation support article.
