duplicate feature request > [@"Share Movie" Link for People without MyPlex Accounts with optional expiration date](https://forums.plex.tv/t/share-movie-link-for-people-without-myplex-accounts/31778/1): > > i sometimes would like to share a particular movie to a friend by just sending him a quick link so that he lands on a page where he can just play back that one single movie (without going through the myplex registration process and/or getting access to the rest of my server)   the [subsonic](http://www.subsonic.org) music server is a good example for that kind of "share link" functionality    it would be GREAT if we could have that in Plex ! closing Please respect [the rules for this subforum](https://forums.plex.tv/t/about-the-feature-suggestions-category/273976/1 "the rules for this subforum") - **Search** first if the request has already been posted before.
