Plex doesn’t currently (to my knowledge) support “Playlist” Sharing it’s really just “sharing” an invite to your server.
I’ve had to go in with [WebTools](https://forums.plex.tv/t/webtools-ng/598539) and copy the Playlists to the Home Users accounts on my server to “share” them. Only way I’ve found that actually works.
