# Shared library viewing not working

Hey guys,
Running the latest Plex server on Mac OS (9.16.6) and all is fine when streaming under my account, but when my wife tries to watch anything on the libraries I’ve shared with her nothing plays. It will stall the android app, or the web page and just spin until it times out with some error about the server not responding or not being on the same subnet.
Everything is most definitely configured correctly and the network and server are up. All the same devices work when I connect using my account, but not my wife’s account. I’ve tried re-linking the shared library, but that doesn’t work either.
I’ve tried reinstalling the plex server, reboot the entire machine, nothing seems to work. It’s almost as if it’s service related, but I’m not sure.
Anyone else having this issue?
