A friend is sharing their movie and music library with me and I with him. He is able to accept the invite and can see my movies and music from the Windows app but unable to see my invitation from either of his 2 TV apps .
Can anyone give us a hint as to what the issue can be ?
Once the invitation is accepted, that’s it. His account can access your server from any client. On the client, he has to select your server.
He has already accepted the invitation and can see my server from the Windows client and Android app but can not see my server from 2 TV apps .
What brand of TV and Plex Client?
Do you have Require Secured Connections enabled on your server?
