# Sharing access with family doesnt work

hi everyone, I tried to share my library with friends, everything seems to work (they view the files correctly) but when they start the video they get an error message (multimedia file format not supported). From local everything works fine, I don’t understand which setting needs to be changed and if it is local or client. Can anyone help me?
