# SHIELD Android TV is currently unavailable

Server Version#: V1.23.3.4707  
Player Version#: app.plex.tv  
HELP!! My Plex media server runs on NVIDIA Shield 2017. I lost power yesterday briefly in our house, but now I get an error SHIELD Android TV is currently unavailable when I try to access the Shield Android TV from the plex.tv web site. Also, I cannot access my data remotely but can only access data such as Movies and TV Shows by setting up localhost as My preferred server in the NVIDIA Shield. When I try to select SHIELD Android TV from the NVIDIA Shield as my Preferred Sever I get an error: Server is not accessible. My movies and TV shows are on WD Mycloud EX4 and PR4110 servers what I run HDhomerun record app on.

I seemed to have got around my issue by deleting SHIELD Android TV as a preferred Server and updated the localhost server to specify the remote access port and click on apply. Now I can access my recorded Movies and TV shows from my NAS boxes via the Plex server on the NVIDIA shield via the Plex web site and apps.
