# Shield TV Pro — Secure Connections not enabled

Server Version#:  
Player Version#: 9.27.0.2856

I activated the Plex server on my new shield tv pro, but when I try to connect to it on the web app, it says that secure connections are not available or something, I can’t access it or add any NAS drives. I set up a NAS on the shield tv pro itself.
