# ShieldTVPro Plex server unable to connect securely

Server Version#:1.32.8.7639  
Player Version#:  
I’m trying to set up a brand new Nvidia shield tv pro with the Plex server but when logging into the web app it says it’s unable to connect securely. Can someone please reset my server certificate? Or is there something else i need to do? Thanks

Server Version 1.32.8.7639

As above I have a brand new Nvidia Shield tv pro unable to connet to server - can you reset my server certificate?

Same issue here. Can someone please reset my server certificate?

Also, I haven’t had Plex long, is this something I’m going to have to do frequently?

I have exactly the sam issue. I haven’t been able to connect to the plex media server on my NVIDIA shield pro. The plex web apps says that it can’t connect securely connect to my plex media server.
