Shows nobody can access outside of network, but people do?

I receive the following error: Your server is signed in to Plex, but is not reachable from outside your network

but i noticed everybody can access the server outside my home network just fine. Is this a known bug?

Yes, this “not reachable from the outside” only refers to direct connections, indirect Plex Relay connections will work anyway (but are limited in speed, 2 Mbit for Pass, 1 Mbit for free).
