Server Version#: 4.116.1 Player Version#: i am using an unraid docker Plex-Media-Server im having an issue and i dont know whats going on. currently when i have content added to my TV/Anime it doesnt scan/add to my libraries anymore. in fact TV is now missing from my Home Dashboard now. i can still play the content thats in my library just havent been able to get anything new. i have also tried renaming shows to the most basic forms of S01E01 ---

Did you rename the media after it had been scanned incorrectly -or- did you “[Plex Dance](https://forums.plex.tv/t/the-plex-dance/197064)” the media and rename it while it was moved away? ---

i have plenty of examples but heres one “Helck - S01E13 - With Younger Brother in Tow HDTV-1080p” i believe the issue lies within the library/ it not adding to the home dashboard ---

Verify server [debug logging](https://support.plex.tv/articles/201643703-reporting-issues-with-plex-media-server/#toc-1) is enabled (settings - server - general - show advanced) 2. Scan files 3. Let it finish 4. Download the [server logs](https://support.plex.tv/articles/200250417-plex-media-server-log-files/) 5. Attach the ZIP file here ---
