This is odd thing that I just noticed but some TV Shows and movies will play on the web app but not on the mobile app.
The Error i get is
“An error occurred while attempting to play this video. Please check your connection and try again.”
What makes this odd is sometimes if I go on to my desktop push play the video will work, then if I pause it and go back to mobile. It now plays again.
So what could be the issue?
I have that, but in reverse… which is weird… everything plays on my android phone. Only movies play in Chrome.
i uninstalled the app and reinstalled it on my phone still didn’t work.
loaded the plex app on my Chromebook in tablet mode (8.14.1.23548) and everything works.
how can the same version work on one device but not the other?
sooo i got it to work by mistake. I moved some of the files around. Plex re-discovered the tv show. It now works on all systems. Maybe that’s a fix.
