Is there a way I can add Skip Intro to TV Shows that I have added to Plex over a year ago? or do I move the folder from Plex elsewhere and do a [Plex Dance](https://forums.plex.tv/t/the-plex-dance/197064) and add it back again? ---

Usually enabling the related task as scheduled job should process all libraries over time. Thanks T Looks like I need to go into each season and click Analyze manually, how can I get it to do everything automatically? I have 326 TV Shows and many Seasons ---

Just hit `Analyze` on the library level. Make sure you have the skip intro feature enabled for this library beforehand. ---

That’s the one. - Do you have enabled intro detection for this library? `…` \> `Manage Library` \> `Edit` → `Advanced` \> `Enable intro detection` - does your server meet the other prerequisites for this feature (see support article linked above)? ---

Yes it is enabled in advanced but I have gone into **scheduled task** and changed from **as a scheduled task and when media is added** to **as a scheduled task** is this correct? So over time will it give my TV Shows the Skip Intro’s feature? ---

Those two options should have worked for you since you enabled the intro detection. If your intros aren’t showing up this could be because they’re (a) too short, (b) deviate between episodes or (c) intros ending after the 1st half of the episode. ---

I recall that when the feature was first enabled on my account (bought the pass), I had to do a special bit to get it to work for an existing library. Analyzing a show on the show level, or the entire library did nothing. But you could get it to work on the season level. So if you had a ton of seasons for a ton of shows, it would take a LOT of clicks. Thankfully, someone pointed out a nice way. Go to the library view, and click the work “TV Shows” to the right of the filter “All”. Change that to “Seasons”. This should list all seasons of all your shows. Select the first show’s season, then hold shift and select the last show’s last season at the bottom. Once every season is selected, then click the triple dot selector for all selected items and choose analyze. That does the same as the previous paragraph, in which it should tell Plex to analyze for intro skip. That is, this is the way I did it a year ago. I have no idea if the “regular” library-level way of analyzing should work on its own. Note: Changing it from **as a scheduled task and when media is added** to **as a scheduled task** won’t make it work any more. In fact, I prefer it be the former, so it adds immediately when I put a show in. ---
