# Skip tv shows

Server Version#: 1.19.3.2831  
Player Version#: 2.18 (Apple TV)

Hey, I can’t find the toggle to switch on “Generate intro video markers”. See screen shot. Any idea what I am doing wrong?

You’re using the version of Plex Web that’s installed on your server. That version is not yet able to support the skip intro feature.  
Use [http://app.plex.tv/desktop](http://app.plex.tv/desktop) instead.

just wanted to say the response posted makes literally no sense… the url you point to goes right back to the server settings, and the support article explain exactly how to enable this in the server page shown above.

turns out, being on `1.19.3.2831`, all that was needed was to restart the plex server. totally bizarre, but completely effective. i can’t even imagine why this setting would be hiding until the system rebooted… but it now shows up just as explained in the support article.
