Hi,

I’d like to create my own cartoon program (each program #xx would be a generated playlist), as a series of 1 episode of different shows in a row, for my kids to take the time to appreciate the pace of weekly episodes instead of binge watching the whole series of a specific TV show.

Concept :

- have control on the TV series program
Note : to make things easy, if one wants to put 2 episodes of the same TV show, one would list the TV show x2 times (like x2 rows). With this repetition, the feature would understand that it needs to increment to the next episode.

- auto generate the playlist by sequential order as “[playlist\_name] [increment or coming date]”

- offer the possibility to chose which TV show will replace a TV show after the last episode of 1 season so the pattern keeps on rolling.

Could any body help me bring this concept to life ?

Thx a lot 🙂

> Would love to see a TV Show Playlist feature that will allow you could add tv shows from your TV Shows database that would also allow for random episodes from each show to be shown in order of the TV Shows. IE the TV show playlist would like below: TV Show A TV Show B TV Show B TV Show C TV Show D Where when shuffle is selected the TV shows play in order from A - D but choose a random episode number within that show.

> Right now, you can add TV series to a playlist, then go to the playlist and select the shuffle. We’re close, but there should additional options. I have setup a Saturday morning playlist with TV series spanning my childhood, including, Looney Tunes, Scooby Doo, Flinstones, Jetsons, Rocky & Bullwinkle, Tennesee Tuxedo and more. The way playlist currently functions, I may get three Flintstones in a row before my first Looney Tunes, then I may see the same Jetsons episode I saw last Saturday. We c…

> I would love to be able to configure my own little daily programming blocks as an easy to use alternative to binge watching one show. If you remember things like “Must See TV,” “The Disney Afternoon,” “TGIF,” “Adult Swim,” “Toonami” this is what I’m talking about. Take a few TV shows, add them to a “Programming Block” and when you play that programming block Plex will play one episode of each show in the block. For example, I have a few Disney shows on my Plex Media Server: DuckTales, Rescue Ra…
