[SOLVED] [BUG] Collection listing on movie pre-play page

There seems to be some inconsistency, when using a 4K monitor and listing Collection on movie pre-play page. I have a “James Bond” collection with 25 movies. When I open the pre-play screen, only 6 movies in the collection is shown. The cast list shows 11 people (fills the width of the screen correctly).

If I then click on the “James Bond Collection” header link, the 25 movies is shown (why doesn’t this show the configured collection page? - with custom description and cover). When I click back in browser or by mouse, then the pre-play screen shows the collection list correctly (11 movies - width of screen). Sometimes it still shows 6 … kinda random (happens in both regular and UNO version of plexweb).

This was silently fixed in Plex Media Server 1.16.3.1402

  • Collection hubs would only display a maximum of six items.

I have the problem on my Nvidia shield instead of only showing 6 movies mine only shows two of them. they say it’s not just a shield other devices are having the problem but I’m still waiting on the fix
