# \[SOLVED\] Cannot access library on local network

Server Version#: 1.21.1.3876
Player Version#: 4.47.3
All of a sudden my Samsung TV and Laptop on local network cannot see my plex library. They log in ok and can choose users, but no content shows up and it says the server is not available.
Can anyone please help. I will send any info which you require.

Check that the server is running, verify the paths to your libraries, make sure PLEX has permission on your directory structure.

UPDATE: So the issue was that I had additional routers set up as Access Points, but they had their own DHCP IP address ranges and the server and player were on different ip ranges, thus seeing it as an external connection and not working.
