Server Version#: 1.22.1.4228-724c56e62 Player Version#: Any Android version Hi guys, I have a problem with my PMS, I am running the latest version available on Windows Server 2019 Standard. I’ve been a few years now without experiencing any similar problems, but since yesterday I’m experiencing unexpected PMS shutdowns when I try to access it from an Android app. Player works correctly on my LG TV (webOS) and Windows 10, but when I try to access the content from Android, either smartphone or TV, it seems to crash and close PMS. Had the same issue today. Never had this issue before. Removing app data solved it for me. ---

Same problem - clearing the app data seems to have fixed it. Thanks for the steer. ---

It worked, I guess I should do it with all android devices linked to my PMS, I will test it, thanks again for the support. ---

it crashes server app while on plex via android and amazon stick … if you even try to reorder home screen it crashes server app. i had samsung tv apps crashing my server yesterday. definately connected to HOME SCREEN customisation update ---

I was having the same issue, just clearing out the cache fixed the problem on my android phone. However on my android tablet I had to clear cache and data before the problem would go away. Not sure if its because the home screen was trying to pick up to many changes that I made recently to my movies and tv’s. It’s just really strange that the app would crash the server rather than just app crashing. That’s a weird connection. ---
