[Solved. Reason: Update broke it] Plex not adding new Movies (No module in VideoFiles/Plex Movie Scanner)

Server Version#: 1.21.0.3711
Player Version#: N/A
For some reason, Plex has stopped adding new movies to my library. I believe things were working prior to the most recent update, but I’m not positive. The logs scroll this (below), but I’m not sure what do to with it… Also, it shows this scan for movies that have been in my library for a very long time, as well as new ones. The same things happens for TV shows as well.
I’ve rebooted the server, applied all Windows patches, and PMS says there are no available updates.
My media is stored on an unRAID NAS, but the PMS is on Windows Server 2016.
The NAS is mounted via CIFS/SMB to M:\

This was resolved with the 1.21.1.3795 update.

I think that I’ve found another possible fix that I hadn’t read previously. I’m a complete noob to Plex over the last few days so I’ve been feeling it out. I’m running directly off of my Gen 1 WD My Cloud Mirror NAS (yes, it IS possible) and was planning to use the iTunes plugin as well from that drive. After a while I realized that I didn’t need it and just pointed my Libraries to those locations. I turned off the tickbox for iTunes plugin, but left the link to the location of my XML library. After I deleted the link all of my issues went away immediately.

I was getting the “Your Changes Cannot Be Saved” but only when attempting to add my personal movies (strangely TV Shows from a subfolder at the same level worked…). I tried every solution in this thread (including upgrading to the last software and re-naming files with dates), but deleting the iTunes plugin location was the only solution for me. No need to conform to the Plex suggested naming standard, just “movie title”.m4v worked for me.
