# Some artists are shown multiple times

Server Version#: 1.19.3.2843  
Player Version#: web player

I have quite a bit of my music collection showing up weird.  
I have a selection of AC/DC, and they show up multiple times in artist overview:

I have the album in a structure with artist/album/track  
The mp3 tags are set to the same all through the collection (set with mp3tag so it is absolutely the same).  
I’ve also checked that the albums are in the right structure, and not placed in other folders.  
So what have I forgotten?

Just merge them. It might be that nasty slash `/` in their name which is wreaking havoc with Plex’s heuristic code.

Ok, so nothing I did wrong 🙂  
I can see that most artists that I have with that has a ‘special’ character in the name like ‘-’ ‘&’ ‘/’ and the like, ok, I’ll run through it, thanks!
