# Some content doesn't load when I try to access it remotely

Server Version#: 4.116.1
Player Version#: not sure
I can access everything (tv show, movies) fine from my phone, PS5, and desktop when connected to the same wifi network. However, when I turn wifi off on my phone and use phone’s 5G … I can still access TV shows … but am unable to play movies. The server seems to show me all the up-to-date content .. but when I choose a movie, the loading thing spins forever … never giving an error or anything. Has anyone else had this issue? Thanks!

Is the content trying to transcode maybe? what is the remote quality set to in the app?

try increasing it to maximum
set “Limit cellular data” is decently high or disabled (if you don’t have unlimited data you can set it back after testing)
These are just to check if your server is possibly not able to transcode your movie files well.
