Thanks for the video.

I’ve never seen that happen with MKV files.

Could you try and [Plex Dance](https://forums.plex.tv/t/the-plex-dance/197064) one of the movies?

That removes it, then re-adds it, to your server, forcing Plex to re-match, pull metadata, etc.

I’m curious if Plex will correctly show posters for newly added media.
