Some posters not appearing on Roku devices

After a recent Roku app update, around half of my media no longer has a poster. The affected items show the title and year in a gray box, but no image. We have 4 Roku devices in the house and checking each one, the same titles are affected. However, on web browser and Android apps, the problem does not appear and posters are showing normally.

Full power cycle of the Roku devices had no effect. Data for one of the affected devices:

I came here to report the same thing, except on a Roku3 standalone device. Rebooting the device causes all posters to reappear but many / all will be missing after entering/exiting a few media items.
