# Some Programs Don't Show as a Series

Player Version#: Plex Web 4.59.2  
Tuner Make/Model: HD Homerun Connect Duo  
Guide/Lineup name:  
Using XMLTV?: Don’t think so  
Channel number/Name: 3 TV3 New Zealand

Hi,

I’m pretty new to Plex. I’ve had a look around the forums and done some searching, but I’m still not sure what’s going wrong.

I’m having trouble recording some series. For example, I’d like to record the daily news at 6:00pm every day. When I hit the record button, it doesn’t give me the option to record the series.

Some other programs allow me to record the series like this.

I’m not sure where I’m getting my EPG data from. It setup automatically as part of the HDHomerun setup. I’m assuming there is no series information in there?

Does anyone know how to fix that? Do I need to use XMLTV for my EPG instead?

All resolved now. I deleted my tuner and added it again with the NZ XMLTV EPG data. That is much better than what I had previously.
