# Someone please help MAC Plex server can not be found.

I have tried everything, just updated to a new version, created a new account and subscribed for lifetime membership. Loaded and uninstalled several times. When I get into my account and go to settings there is no server section and my app can not find the server. Help.

I am not a Mac guy but with the server running, you cannot open [http://127.0.0.1:32400/web](http://127.0.0.1:32400/web) in Safari? This is usually the failsafe to get to it
