# Songs lyrics not shown

Hello, is there any recognized problem with the letters? At least since version 4.12.0 and now in version 4.12.1, the lyrics of the songs are not shown in Plexamp, and a notice of “There was a problem when showing the lyrics” is displayed in Plex web.

I’m using Plexamp 4.12.1 on iOS and Plex server on macOS.

I’ve never had any problems and I haven’t changed any settings recently.
