Server Version#: 1.32.5.7349  
Player Version#: 4.8.2

Every year my frustration with Plex grows. I have got a OpenAI key. I copied and pasted it directly into Plexamp. But it still won’t work. I’ve done this SEVEN TIMES. Is this an other of the plex features that will only work for 1% of their users? I feel that it is. Never again will I pay a company for a lifetime subscription.

There are no known issues with Sonic Sage, and it seems to be working well for everyone else. Help us help you! What happens when it fails? Can you share [Plexamp logs](https://forums.plex.tv/t/plexamp-debug-logs-how-to-extract-them/753427) with us?
