Sources missing from list of Hubs, LG TV webos

When I log into the plex on my desktop, there are numerous lines that indicate different groupings of the movies that are available to stream for free (Crackle Top Movies, Only on Plex for a Limited Time, Most Popular, Horror, etc).

When I go to the Plex TV app on my LG TV, though, it only shows 3 Hubs, and I swear I’ve been up and down the menus in there, but cannot figure out how to get the other groupings in there. I wouldn’t mind, but there’s no “universal” list of movies available, just different slices of the total content. I went to the hub menu, and it’s only showing the hubs I see on the TV, not the ones from the web app. I can move them around or remove them, but I can’t add any others.

Now, that being said, if I search for a film that I know is availalbe but not shown in any of those slices, it does come up so I know I have access to all the movies, but how do I enable the webOS browser to browse the complete library, or at least more than the 3 I have?

From what I remember, most players show those additional hubs for Movies & TV on Plex only after you enter that “library” / section.

Sorry if I’m being thick here, where would i enter it? The hubs section only shows what’s already there and I don’t see an option to add any new items, only delete or add ones that are already there?

“Enter” as in clicking on the library in your main navigation (not as in “entering a value”).
You should be able to click on Movies & TV (on Plex) in the main navigation of your LG TV to see the additional hubs (like Crackle Top Movies …).

From what I’ve seen you cannot add those hubs to the home screen (which could also be tricky as they’re being changed over time).

Ah okay apologies for not being clear - I’m on my LG TV, Im looking in the movies & TV On Plex, and the only hubs I have access to are continue watching, crackle top movies, only on Plex for a limited time and recently added.

When I click on the three dots in the upper right hand corner, I select manage hubs, and I can remove any of those four items, but cannot add any new ones.

The Plex for LG app is only able to show a small number of hubs due to memory limitations. It’ snot possible to get more to show up.

Okay. Is the restriction to only those hubs currently presented? Is there any way to at least switch the hubs out for different ones?

You can’t control them. They are dynamic based on how you interact with them. They can change around. One thing you can try is to finish off the items in Continue Watching. Without that hub, it will allow for another to take it’s place and you might see more content.
