Hello, sorry for asking this (I already see like 1000 related post about this).

But I being reading all day, and I´m not able to know what I’m doing wrong.

As you can see, this is the name of the files I’m using:
 ![](https://sea1.discourse-cdn.com/plex/uploads/default/original/3X/8/0/8006f72e8ca0dc4883b9bb6c9ee95f836d84d9ee.png)

But in plex I get:

As you can see (below) from TVDB I should get more metadata, what I´m doing wrong?

The name of your Season folder should read either
`Season 00` or `Specials`

Make sure you disable IPv6 in your network configuration.

clear your agent caches

Were the titles of these specials just now put into TheTVDB or were they already in there for a while?
It may take a while until the proxy has the current data.

Perform the [Plex Dance](https://forums.plex.tv/discussion/comment/908454/#Comment_908454 "Plex Dance") with these episodes.

Plex properly recognizes the episodes (they’re sorted as season 0, episode 6 etc.)…
You could check if it’s actually matched… do you get the proper metadata for any of the regular episodes (seasons 1…)? Considering there’s been a revival you might attempt including the show’s original year in the file name or [manually fix the matching](https://support.plex.tv/articles/201018497-fix-match-match/ "manually fix the matching").

Names should be `ThunderCats (1985) > Season 00 > ThunderCats (1985) S00E06.mkv` and so on.

Clearing the cache make the magic work! 😉
Thanks @OttoKerner
