I'm looking for a way to have a **single splash screen** showing up during boot.    So far I managed to change the first screen (OpenELEC) by adding a file called "oemsplash.png" to the /flash/ folder.  (the file is exactly the same as the rasplex splash)   Or add "nosplash" to the cmdline.txt to disable the OpenELEC splash screen And don't forget to add disable\_splash=1 in config.txt to get rid of the "rainbow")    Unfortunately,  the fist splash screen disappears too soon and there is a quite long break  (black screen) before the rasplex "loading" screen appears.      _Anyone knows how to make the fist screen stay on longer so there's no blank screen ? _       Note: you will need to remount flash as read/write (mount -o remount,rw /flash) ---

Hi All, While booting RPi there are two splash screens 1st one is Openelec and 2nd is Rasplex now loading splash screens are there.I changed 1st splash screen but 2nd splash screen is still appearing....can we replace with another image or not? ![smile.png](http://openelec.tv/media/kunena/emoticons/smile.png ":)") Thanks in Advance.... ---

Is there a need for all -Three- of these threads?? If you login via SSH, the files are located under /flash/, or if you plug in the SSH directly into your computer you can find them on the flash drive. ---
