# Sprint, Tidal, and Plex

Hi. I have searched to the best of my ability to see if this has been answered already. If it has and I’m missing it please just direct me to that thread and I apologize.

My tidal is paid for through my Sprint cell phone bill. It seems that plex just wants me to pay for tidal through them. Is there no way to use my existing tidal with plex?

This support document describes the different options for TIDAL (see the section “Link to an Existing TIDAL Subscription for Access” for details on your scenario):

In short, Plex cannot manage your TIDAL subscription, but you’ll be able to access it.
