Server Version#: 1.43.5.11029
Player Version#:
\<If providing [server logs](https://support.plex.tv/articles/200250417-plex-media-server-log-files/) please do NOT turn on verbose logging, only [debug logging](https://support.plex.tv/articles/201643703-reporting-issues-with-plex-media-server/#toc-1) should be enabled\>

Two days ago, I noticed that my login credentials had expired and I had to log in to Plex again. When I did, my server was not reachable, so I went home to my server where it was suddenly unclaimed.

I have claimed my server, but remote access has been disabled and I can’t get back up running.

HTTPS verification fails

14:59:51

The connection to the public hostname on port `(PORT)` fails with `unable to get local issuer certificate`.

Plex reports the server is not reachable

14:59:51

The external reachability notification returns `connectivity="0"`, and Plex sets its state to `Mapped - Not Published (Not Reachable)`.

The server was Version `1.43.4.10903`before it was updated today.

Stop plex, go to the Cache directory. Is there a certificate.p12 file? If so, rename it certificate.p12.old and start plex back up. It should download cert-v2.p12. Test remote access.
