# Strange Dolby Vision Problem

Hello Everyone.

I just installed Plex on my Phillips Android TV, and im trying to play some DolbyVIsion films but im having some problems.

When i play the film in Dolby Vision with Plex, it crops the top and the bottom of the image, but when i play it in HDR (using Kodi or other apps) it plays normal. I attach some images.

When i play Dolby Vision playing with series X or in a video of amazon Video it works perfect.

The video data is: BDRip 4K Dolby Vision HDR | 2160p | mkv | HEVC-h265/10 Bits | 3840\*1600 |
