What region are we talking about?
Are you using a VPN to simulate being in a different country?

Hello, I am interested in your services, however I would like to know if with you I have the possibility of obtaining a server for plex media to watch films and series and others?

I‘m not sure if I understand your question.
You can use the Plex Media Server app to setup your own server, hosting your own personal media. Plex has no means of obtaining media.
