Could someone from Plex staff please reset the stuck plex.direct certificate on my server?

@OttoKerner @ChuckPa

**Plex account:** [quinnsb@gmail.com](mailto:quinnsb@gmail.com)
**Server name:** admin’s MacBook Air
**Machine identifier:** 2fc205a30504300f6b2196113f4aa205bbc4e75a
**Platform:** Plex Media Server on macOS

**Symptom:** Every plex.direct HTTPS connection fails with `tlsv1 alert unknown ca`, including the server’s own loopback (127.0.0.1) and connections to Plex’s own infrastructure. Plain HTTP on the LAN works fine, so the server itself is healthy — this looks like the certificate is stuck/expired server-side.

**Already tried:**

- Signed the server out and back in
- Multiple full server restarts
- Secure Connections set to “Preferred”
- Remote Access shows “Fully accessible,” port 32400 forwarded correctly
- Confirmed the server’s system clock is correct

Happy to post [server logs](https://support.plex.tv/articles/200250417-plex-media-server-log-files/) (CERT filter) if that helps. Thanks in advance.

Done. Please stop and restart your server now.
