# Stuck with old version

Server Version#: 1.25.8.5621  
Player Version#: 4.69.1

Hi,

I’m having a lot of problems with the Plex recently. I checked the Plex version on my TV and is 5.10.0 from 2021/04/22 and there’s no new version available.  
Anyone know why? My TV is UN50NU7400.

Check the version in the app settings or in your list of [Authorized Devices](https://app.plex.tv/desktop/#!/settings/devices/all).

The version in the store is just a basic loader, not the full version. When you launch the app it checks with an online server and downloads the current version.

You can follow the [announcement thread](https://forums.plex.tv/t/plex-for-samsung-2016-4k-uhd-televisions/224615/72) to be notified when a new version is released. Scroll to the bottom of the thread and change `Normal` to `Watching`.

Thanks a lot, on app says that I’m with latest version. Didn’t know that the version on store was a loader like Netflix.  
Now I need to see if the latest versions fixed my problem.
