Hello, I have 2 \* PS4s (one wi-fi, one ethernet) which stutters consistently whilst remote playing between 10mbps-original quality. When I switch to the Chromecast or the Web player, there are no issues at all. The client internet bandwidth is 300/30mbps, the server is 100/100mbps. Any assistance would be much appreciated! Very strange, it used to work flawlessly until recently. I sometimes switch to the PS4 because certain media on the Chromecast has weird jittering (especially during panning scenes) because of what I assume is TV refresh rate incompatibilities (in the UK). ---

Ps4 has been a very unreliable plex client for me. ---

Transcoding audio doesnt require that much cpu, but it is the contrary for video. on what device is PMs installed ? ---

Ubuntu 14, the issue is intermittent and works fine on other devices. Only recently has the PS4 been choppy. According to Plexpy, transcoding speeds are usually 3-4x and a lot of the time gets throttled. ---
