# Subtitle auto sync on Windows X64

Server Version#: 1.41.0.8992  
Player Version#: N/A

I was very excited reading the new function of auto-sync subtitles. However I do not see the option “Generate voice activity data” under “Plex Media Server \> Settings \> Library”. Plex Server is 1.41.0.8992, server is Windows x64 and I have a Plex Pass. Any ideas?

You need to restart your plex server for newly rolled out settings to be detected by server.

Aaahhh now I see it. I had assumed the server restarted when the latest version was installed but looks like this was remotely enabled. Thanks a bunch. I am excited for this feature.

Yeah, I think they control this at the account level, especially as its tied to a plex pass. So the server needs to call home to update that its enabled for you.
