The feature to offset a subtitle file is no longer available with the web player? Why is this gone?

Subtitle type?

From Plex documentation:  
**Tip!** : It is not possible to adjust the offset for subtitles that are embedded in/part of the video file itself. Only for text-based external/”sidecar” subtitles. e.g. `.srt` files.
