# Subtitles help

Hi,

Having problems with subtitles. I’ve got an account on [OpenSubtitles.org](http://OpenSubtitles.org) and have added the details for this to the agent but it never seems to grab any subtitles for movies.

Anyone have any tips for things I can check or where I can check logs to see what’s actually happening?

Just tried adding the Podnapisi agent too but stil nothing ☹
