Can the Plex team adjust and update the subtitle postion. Ive set it to bottom position but its still too high. Needs to be lower. Is there anything Plex can do to move the position a little lower to not ruin the movie ambiance.

Can you give some reference where your subtitles are displaying vs where you’d like to see them, maybe based on a screenshot?

As for what can be done, that’ll also depend on what kind of subtitles you’re dealing with. Subtitles tend to come in two main categories: image or text-based ones. Text based ones can be manipulated more easily (while image-based ones usually can’t change positions at all).

Please specifiy which type of Plex client you are using, on which kind of device.

Do also monitor the [Dashboard in Plex Web](https://support.plex.tv/articles/200871837-status-and-dashboard/) during playback, to find out whether video playback is transcoded or direct.

Thanks for the response. Here’s the screenshot. If u notice the subtitles are near the middle not at the bottom.

This was never the issue on the old Plex version, it always showed near the bottom.

Part of the character’s lips are cut off.
