Server Version#: 1.28.1.6104 Player Version#: 9.7.0.34811 Hello, I use a Shield Pro 2019 as a Plex Media Server. Since the last updates (Player and Server), the subtitles won’t change to the colour and the size I have set. I have tried on the Plex player of my PC with the Shield as a server and I don’t encounter those issues. It seems it’s from the Plex Player of my Shield. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it but this does not solve the problem. I don’t know what more to do. ---

I believe those settings only work if the subtitles are direct played. Check to set if they are being transcoded or burned in. ---
