I happened to notice (for the first time) that movies were being optimized and the movies in the queue to be converted aren’t anything i added or requested recently. I’m slightly concerned as to why they are being optimized without me requesting it. However the more pressing problem for me is the fact that i cannot stop them from optimizing. I can Pause the conversion, but if i click X to stop and then click “remove” it does nothing. Just hangs up. Any ideas? Thanks!
Same problem here, my hard drive is working over time with this problem, I really want to stop the sync conversations, but there seems to be no way to stop them!!!

Same issue here. I have a huge queue of movies being synced that I did not request and I can’t figure out how to cancel them. All I can do is pause the queue.

You have (probably inadvertently) allowed Mobile Sync for your shared users.
